Egg chop is a very tasty snack made with spicy mashed potato and boiled egg. The recipe is very common in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Pakistan also loved by almost everyone. Also, any types of chop are popular as iftar during Ramadan time. Making egg chop is fairly simple but has few tricks to follow and doesn't require many ingredients.
